Mărăcine.
Te-ai chinuit atâta, mărăcine,
Să scoți o floare și din tine.
Te-am așteptat un an, doi ani, cinci ani…
Și te-am ferit de sapă și cazma
Întru-nflorirea ta.
Toți oamenii spuneau: -Să-l dăm afară-.
Și-am lăsat vară după vară,
M-ai răsplătit de lunga așteptare,
Dându-mi cea mai frumoasă floare.
